I can't believe how fast the summer is flying by already. Already into June and before you know it it will be the 4th of July! We had a great Memorial Day weekend, and a great kick off to our restaurant operation. We have finalized the hours in both the ice cream room and the restaurant and are in full summer operation. Our biggest flavors have been Reese's Chunk and Seattle Cake Batter, with Brownie Batter and Strawberry Cheesecake also flying out of the tubs.
